Substrate: concrete or asphalt base
Acid wash: wash the surface with hydrochloric acid , reduce the risk of cracking , finding faults.
Base primer or Water resistance coating : water proof, safe flooring from damages, fully penetrated ,strengthened substrate surface and increase adhesion.
Sealant : Reduce the risk of cracking
Cushion/Elastic Layer : Perfect elasticity , long lasting ,professional rebound ,excellent force of absorption
Strengthened Layer : Professional rebound cushion ,optimally soft and hard transition

1.Sub base layer prepared: The sub base layer is generally concrete or asphalt,
should be clean dry, flat , without cracks and stain before installation .Firstly clean the surface of concrete or asphalt very well and make it smooth also the gaps lines of concrete surface with the help of surface smoothing tools or machine and then wash it with water.

2. Acid Wash : Again wash the surface with hydrochloric acid its help to removes the small substance of sand from the surface and makes it more smooth hydrochloric acid is also helps to find out the faults and cracks on the concrete surface . Before using of this acid you must add water in it with proper proportion for example 1 part of acid and 4 part water, proper usage of acid is very important. After completing of acid wash , then again wash the surface with water and left the surface until perfect dryness.

3.Base premier / water resistance : This is very important step this PU material has ability to easily enter in to the small pores and gaps cracks of the concrete surface and penetrated in it. This component makes surface more stronger, and increase the adhesion of surface it can viscidity the flooring tightly to the sub base. Put the material on the surface and applied it with the help of rolling brush all over the surface including the gaps lines and cracks, this process makes safe the surface from the destruction occurs by t water for long period. The usage of water resistance material 0.2 kg per square meter. After finished water resistance step you should give a interval in construction about 3 hours until its perfect dryness

4.Sealant : Fill all the cracks and gaps lines of surface with silicon PU component and makes it smooth .Its reduced the risk of cracking which occurs with the climate change and provide more elasticity .

5.Cushion layer/elastic layer: Take the barrel into the court there is another bottle in side the barrel / bucket with cushion layer packet , liquid inside bottle called catalyst liquid (its use for speed up process of dryness and makes its hard as well ) so mixed catalyst liquid with SIPU component in the bucket very well with the help of blender or driller before paving it on base and then apply the material on the surface with perfect proportion and quantity applied the material on the surface with the help of floor squeegee and make it smooth and flat and left them for several hours until unless the stability of the layer .This layer provide professional rebound , perfect elasticity comfort and excellent force of absorption which helps to keep the sports floor from destruction for long time and making floor long lasting .

6.Strengthened layer: after finished the elastic layer there is another layer is called strengthened layer the making and process of construction of this layer is same like elastic layer but component of this layer has different characteristics and function its has professional rebound cushion optimally soft but hard transition which provide excellent and perfect re bouncing force and perfect hardness to surface, before paving this layer make sure the dryness and stability of elastic layer.

7.Top layer :Top layer of the SIPU sports floor is made by a two components one is curative agent and another is resin agent , mixed the two components in barrel together with proper proportion, one part of curving agent and nine parts resin and also put some quartz sand in barrel and mixed together before applying on strengthened layer. After the mixing apply this mixture on the strengthened layer very carefully and make it smooth and flat with rolling brush and coated the surface two times for better result and left it for dryness .Top layer has environmental friendly, water resistance , wear resistance , dirt proof ,anti-slip proof characteristics its also long lasting, so colours will be not fade .

8.Marking paint: mark the lines or divide the region with water based polyurethane paint which has good adhesion marking paint brush or spray with out roller marks and feel good effects. Different line you draw means flooring function, you can also draw different lines at same time on same surface for multipurpose.
